Hi, I’m Rebekah Cramer. I’m a systemic counselor and am at the end of coursework for becoming a DGSF-certified systemic therapist (DGSF: German Association for Systemic Therapy, Counseling and Family Therapy) and am passionate about supporting internationals in Germany. I’m open to working with clients of all backgrounds, but specialize in working with young adults.

As a part of my therapy coursework, I receive regular supervision from experienced certified systemic therapists, to ensure that I am providing my clients the best support possible. What does this mean for my clients? You get the benefits of having an experienced clinician’s view on your situation (anonymously, of course!) without paying a higher fee. Additionally, my ongoing coursework keeps me up-to-date on the latest counseling techniques.

Counseling is all about slowing down and taking a closer look. Together we can take time to reflect on what’s working well for you and identify where you could use a little support.
I work from a systemic counseling approach, which means:
- I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and therefore find their past experiences and hopes for the future to be one of the most powerful components of our work.
- I understand my clients not only as individuals, but also as people who are influenced by and have an influence on others. We all exist in relationship to one another.
- I support my clients in honing the skills that they already have in order to create the life that works for them.
